To recognize and amplify the next generation of founders, creators, builders, and community leaders creating measurable social impact through Arts, Business, Tech, Culture, and Community.
Each year, 10 honorees will be selected across five impact categories.
Creatives, curators, producers, and artists shaping social dialogue.
Entrepreneurs, founders, and operators redefining industries.
Innovators building scalable, inclusive, forward-thinking technology.
Storytellers, influencers, and builders shaping identity and movement.
Organizers, educators, nonprofit leaders, and civic innovators.
Foundational criteria used across all categories.
Must be the founder, co-founder, creator, or lead builder of a venture or movement.
Early-to-growth stage venture, project, organization, or platform.
Priority given to U.S.-based leaders with local, national, or global impact.
Honorees must be between 21 and 50 years old.
Demonstrable community, cultural, economic, or systemic impact.
